XXXXXL4 HEADERXXX Rugby League State of Origin

This bruising sporting contest between the Queensland Maroons and New South Wales Blues will enter its 28th year in 2007. Club loyalties are set aside for this three-match series as players turn out for the state in which they first played senior rugby. It is considered to be the highlight of rugby league, draws massive TV audiences and is fiercely, brutally competitive. In 2007, the first and third games will be played in Brisbane’s Suncorp stadium, with the second game in Sydney. The Blues will be hoping to avenge their 2-1 loss in 2006.
