Both terminals at Changi Airport provide meet and greet services. Staff can help passengers clear immigration and escort them through the airport. The normal service costs $10.50 and VIP service is $31.50; the difference being one member of staff attends to only one VIP. A surcharge applies outside the hours of 07:00 to 23:30. For reservations, call 6546 8168 for Terminal One and 6542 2848 for Terminal Two, at least three days in advance.
