Several currency exchange places are found along the Champs Elysées, as well as other popular tourist areas, such as near Notre Dame Cathedral or L’Opéra. Depending on how much you’re looking to exchange, it is worth comparing a few before choosing. Commissions rates vary, and some ‘No Commission’ places take a flat fee. Most bureaux de change are open from around 09:00 to 19:00. Larger hotels will exchange money too, but the rates are not competitive.
