General Information » Getting Around » Bus

Bus services in New Zealand’s main cities are pretty reliable. In Auckland, the free City Circuit bus, which leaves from the Britomart Transport Centre downtown, runs in a loop along Queen Street, up to the university and back around to the bottom of town. The Link ($1.50), which follows a circuit through the city centre, Ponsonby and Parnell, runs every 10 to 15 minutes from early morning until late at night.
