MAKE TITLE Airport Transfer

Ground transport is readily available, and you have your pick of taxis, buses and trains.

Aerobus (www.sarfa.com / 93 415 60 20) has the most frequent service, running, on average, every 10 minutes. Tickets, purchased on the bus, cost €3.90 one-way and the bus stops at key points between Plaça d'Espanya and Plaça de Catalunya.

Public bus number 46 and night bus N17 (www.emt-amb.com / 010 or 933187074) also go into the city. Line 46 starts and ends at Plaça d'Espanya, where you can pick up the Metro. The N17 stops near Plaça de Catalunya. Both cost €1.25 and tickets, purchased on the bus, can be used for zone one public transport transfers within 60 minutes.

The Renfe Cercanías Line 10 train (www.renfe.es; 90 224 02 02) links the airport with the Sants and França railway stations and stops at Passeig de Gràcia. Tickets, which can also be used for zone one transfers, cost €1.25 and can be bought at the electronic kiosk prior to boarding.
