Spain is on CET (Central European Time), one hour ahead of Universal Coordinated Time, or UCT (formerly known as GMT). Clocks go forward by one hour on the last Sunday of March to save on daylight hours. On the last Sunday of October they go back one hour again. The period in between this is known as Spain Time. On both days the time changes at 01:00. The table shows differences between CET and the time in cities around the world, not incorporating daylight saving.
