There is no dedicated airport bus service in Bahrain. All the major hotels provide their own bus service, many of which charge a modest fee (not more than BD 5 for the transfer). There is a regular bus service that runs between Bahrain Airport and Dammam Airport, but this is available only to passengers holding an airline ticket from Dammam.
