If you have lost any property in Bahrain, the most useful thing to do once you have spoken to the people employed in the place where you lost it (the shop or restaurant, for example) is to put a notice up on the nearest supermarket noticeboard and hope for the best! As far as passports and travel documents are concerned, you should contact your own embassy or the airline (if it’s a ticket) directly, and they’ll tell you what to do.
