All-you-can-eat buffets are popular with expats – not just on Sundays, when brunch is a big thing for many people (see p.394), but also throughout the week. Just about all the major hotels offer buffets at one or more of their outlets, check local press for current deals. Favourites include the Shangri-La’s The Line (p.406), Oscar’s at the Conrad Centennial (p.408) and Straits Kitchen at the Hyatt (p.409) where you can enjoy buffet style breakfast, lunch or dinner.
